Jonathan Cave

He creates and delivers leadership journeys for some of the world’s top companies and brands. Through his signature Group Coaching Programme “Dare to Become”, he guides high-achievers to new levels of performance, alignment and well-being. Jonathan also animates powerful, results-driven off-sites, workshops and conferences. In addition to being a public speaking coach, he is also often asked to deliver motivational speeches around the world.

Cass Burgess

She helps high achievers communicate powerfully and adopt lasting habits. She regularly delivers Project Management and Leadership classes for Bachelor and Master’s students, in addition to being active in multiple associations and community groups in the Geneva region.

Originally from South Africa, she had a distinguished career in the mining industry and in finance, having worked with key players in both sectors, before transitioning to learning and development.

Christèle Hiss Holliger

Christèle broke new ground as the first woman to become an Equity Partner at Pictet and to serve on its Group Executive Committee. Over her 25-year tenure, she played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s institutional business and shaping its global strategy, talent development, and organisational culture. Her leadership journey included key positions such as Global Head of Human Resources, CEO of Pictet Asset Management Singapore, and Head of Institutional Clients in Geneva.

Today, Christèle brings her strategic insight and governance expertise by serving as an independent Board Director to prominent companies, including L’Occitane International, Symbiotics Impact Investment, and the Pictet Group Foundation

Martin de Waziers

After Ecole Polytechnique Paris and Harvard Business School, Martin spent 25 years working in the USA, Japan, and around Europe specializing in business strategy, administration and management.

He has expertise in leadership and team development as well as complex decision-making, coaching senior leaders and entrepreneurs around the world.

His particular interest in life balance has led to international workshops, enabling leaders to develop stronger foundations in their professional and private lives.

Diane Shoemaker

She is an international keynote conference speaker, and former Senior Director, Eisenhower Fellowships where she acted under the Chairmanship of Dr. Henry Kissinger, President George H.W. Bush, and General Colin Powell.

A founding member of the Global Leadership Consortium, she has assisted a generation of women to become outstanding leaders in education, sustainability, finance and entrepreneurship, government and the arts.

Susan Baragwaneth

She is an authority in Women’s Leadership. She has had extensive international experience in education and criminal justice and has mentored dozens of women from all walks of life.

She has organised international strategic programs for Women’s Leadership in London, chaired international search committees for outstanding women leaders, and is a Distinguished Eisenhower Fellow. In 2005, she received the highest academic award in the Humanities, Doctor of Letters, for education reform of school-age mothers in New Zealand.
